How to make it

Cook spaghetti as directed.

Heat olive oil and minced garlic in medium heat.

Add one cup of white wine and bring to boil.

Add fresh clams, cover and cook until clams open up.

Add spaghetti and Yuzu Kosho Sauce to the pan and cook in high heat for a few minutes to finish.
