How to make it


Heat oil in a frying pan and cook pork and vegetables. Add Yakisoba noodle to the pan and stir fry well for a few minutes.


Pour Yakisoba Sauce over and sauté for another couple of minutes. Set a side.


Mix eggs in a bowl and spread out in a circle shape on a preheated oil pan. Cook on low heat.


When the bottom of the eggs gets solid, place yakisoba on a half side of eggs. Fold the other half of the egg over with spatula to wrap yakisoba.


Transfer the yakisoba omelet to a plate and squeeze okonomi sauce and mayo on top. Sprinkle seaweed flakes.
