How to make it
Mix Okonomiyaki Flour and water in a bowl. Add spinach, Red pepper, green onions, eggplants, eggs, and corns. Mix them again.
Heat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Place half of the mixture onto the griddle and shape it into a round, 1.5-inch thick patty. Mixture makes 2 okonomiyaki.
Cook for 4 minutes, flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. Finally flip it back.
Drizzle sauce and mayonnaise evenly over Okonomiyaki. Sprinkle dried seaweed flakes as needed.
