Sweet and Savory German Potato Salad

How to make it

In a large pot, boil potatoes until soft. Drain and set aside.

Cook bacon until crispy. Remove and add chopped onions to bacon grease. Sauté onions until soft and fragrant.

Add dry spices and Otafuku Original Sauce and stir, then add water and vinegar. Cook until sauce thickens.

When potatoes are cool enough to touch, cut into quarter slices.

Crumble bacon and add to sauce along with potatoes and stir until thoroughly coated.
