Cut carrots into thin strips, green onions into small pieces and Cut onion into wedges.

Put oil in a frying pan and fry sliced beef.

When meat is cooked, add carrot and onion and saute until softened.

Add Udon Noodle and break it up, then add SUKIYAKI SAUCE and fry.
