How to make it

Mix Okonomiyaki Flour and water in a bowl. Add Cabbages, green onions, and eggs and mix again.

Heat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Place half of the mixture onto the griddle and shape it into a round, 2-inch thick patty. Mixture makes 2 okonomiyaki.

Cook for 4 minutes, flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. Finally flip it back.

Cook thinly sliced beef and glaze it with sukiyaki sauce.

Drizzle sauce evenly over Okonomiyaki. Place peeled green onion, beef, and porched egg on Okonomiyaki.
