How to make it

Mix Okonomiyaki Flour, eggs and water in a bowl. Add vegetables and Tenkasu. Mix again.

Heat griddle or frying pan at medium heat and add oil. Add mixture onto the frying pan.

After 3 minutes, flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. After 4min, flip once more. ★Tip: Do not press down the okonomiyaki.

Cook thinly sliced beef and glaze it with Sukiyaki Sauce.

Serve the okonomiyaki on a plate. Top with Okonomi Sauce. Put finely chopped green scallions (for decoration), sliced beef and porched egg on the okonomiyaki. Place red gingers on the side.
