Become Otafuku Okonomiyaki Ambassador!


How to make it


Mix Okonomiyaki Flour and water in a bowl. Add Cabbage, green onions, and eggs and mix again.


Heat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Place half of the mixture onto the griddle and shape it into a round, 1-inch thick patty. Place 3 slices of pork belly on top. Mixture makes 2 okonomiyaki.


Cook for 3 minutes, flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. Finally flip it back.


Cook Steak with salt and pepper to desired doneness and slice them in another pan.


Transfer okonomiyaki to a plate and drizzle sauce evenly over. Place steak, garlic chips, parsley on Okonomiyaki. Put red pickled ginger on the side for garnish.
