How to make it
Spread out cooked rice on a plate and let it cool.
Pour seasoned rice vinegar over the rice and mix well.
Slice spam into 8 even slices. Fry sliced spam on each side over medium heat.
Form rice into spam slice shape of 1.5 inches thickness and top them with spam slices.
Wrap it with 1 inch striped seaweed and pour Sushi sauce over the spam musubi.
