Mix Okonomiyaki Flour, eggs and water in a bowl. Add vegetables and Tenkasu. Mix again.

Heat griddle or frying pan at medium heat and add oil. Add mixture onto the frying pan and place 3 slices of pork bellies or bacons on the top.

After 3 minutes, flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. After 4min, flip once more. ★Tip: Do not press down the okonomiyaki.

Serve okonomiyaki on a plate. Top with Okonomi Sauce and mayonnaise. Sprinkle bonito flakes (katsuobushi), finely chopped scallions (for decoration), dried seaweeds (aonori).
