How to make it

Crack and break the eggs into a bowl and mix with the water and salt.

Heat oil in an egg pan over medium heat and pour in 1/4 of the egg mixture.

When it is half-cooked, roll it from the other side toward the front. Roll the egg to the edge.

Repeat in the same manner until the egg mixture is gone.

Remove from the egg mixture and divide into 7 equal portions.

Decorate the top with Okonomi Sauce, mayonnaise and seaweed.
