How to make it
Mix Okonomiyaki Flour and water in a bowl. Add Cabbage and eggs and mix again.
Heat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Place 1/6 of the mixture onto the griddle and shape it into a oval, 1.5-inch thick patty. Place 1 slice of pork belly on top. Mixture makes 6 okonomiyaki.
Flip it over and cook for 4 minutes. Flip it back and cook for another couple of minutes.
Stick chopsticks into Okonomiyaki and squeeze okonomi sauce and mayo on top. Sprinkle seaweed flakes.
