How to make it


Slice Konjac in 0.5 inch. Peel Daikon radish and cut in an inch thickness. Boil water and cook Daikon radish for 15 minutes.


Put all ingredients, Kombu dashi Udon soup, and 4 cups of water in a pot to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, place aluminum foil to cover the top. Cook for 30 minutes while occasionally, flip ingredients. Turn off the heat and let it sit while all the flavors settle in.
