How to make it
Mix Okonomiyaki Flour and water in a bowl. Add Cabbage and eggs and mix again.
Heat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Place half of the mixture onto the griddle and shape it into a round, 1-inch thick patty. Place 3 slices of pork belly on top. Mixture makes 2 okonomiyaki.
Flip it over and cook for 4 minutes. Flip it back and cook for another couple of minutes.
Transfer okonomiyaki to a plate. Pour warm Nacho cheese over and make 5 different size of circles by squeezing okonomi sauce. Make three to four lines from side to side with a chopstick to make it look spider web. Sprinkle green onions.
