How to make it

Mix Okonomiyaki Flour, eggs and water in a bowl. Add vegetables and Tenkasu. Mix again.

Heat griddle or frying pan at medium heat and add oil. Add mixture onto the frying pan and place 3 slices of bacons on the top.

After 3 minutes, flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. After 4min, flip once more. ★Tip: Do not press down the okonomiyaki.

Top the okonomiyaki with melted mozzarella cheese.

Decorate Okonomi Sauce and finely chopped scallions.

Heat a frying pan and fry scrambled eggs and bacons.

Top with the finished scrambled eggs and bacons.
