How to make it
Mix Okonomiyaki Flour and water in a bowl. Add Shredded cabbages and eggs to the bowl, and mix again.
Heat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Place half of the mixture onto the griddle and shape it into a round, 1.5-inch thick patty. Mixture makes 2 okonomiyaki.
Cook for 4 minutes, flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. Finally flip it back.
Mix Mentaiko and mayonnaise. Drizzle sauce and mayonnaise mixture evenly over Okonomiyaki. Sprinkle dried seaweed.
