Meatball Sunrize Okonomiyaki

How to make it
Mix Okonomiyaki Flour, eggs and water in a bowl. Add vegetables and Tenkasu. Mix again.
Heat griddle or frying pan at medium heat and add oil. Add mixture onto the frying pan and place 3 slices of pork bellies or bacons on the top.
After 3 minutes, flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. After 4min, flip once more. ★Tip: Do not press down the okonomiyaki.
Thaw frozen meatballs according to package directions.
In a frying pan, add salad oil and lightly fry meatballs over medium heat.
Add the Okonomi Sauce to the pan and sauté over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Once the flavors are well absorbed, remove from the pan.
Add oil to the pan, crack in the eggs and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. (fried egg)
Top theokonomiyaki with meatballs and fried egg and decorate with OOkonomi Sauce, mayonnaise, seaweed and red gingers.
