How to make it

Mix Okonomiyaki Flour, eggs and water in a bowl.

Add shredded cabbages, finely chopped green onions, Tenkasu, Kimuchi and mix again.

Heat griddle or frying pan at medium heat and add oil.

Roll out half of the dough into a circle.

After about 3 minutes, putting 3 pork bellies on the okonomiyaki, flip it over.

After four minutes, check that the pork bellies are cooked and turn it over again. Bake for 3 minutes more.

Decorate the top with Okonomi Sauce, mayonnaise, kimchi, finely chopped scallions and Korean seaweeds.
