Kimchi Okonomiyaki

How to make it


Mix Okonomiyaki Flour and water in a bowl. Add Cabbage and eggs and mix again. Slice green onion and soak it in a ice water.


Heat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Place half of the mixture onto the griddle and shape it into a round, 1-inch thick patty. Place 3 slices of pork belly on top. Mixture makes 2 okonomiyaki.


Flip it over and cook for 4 minutes. Flip it back and cook for another couple of minutes.


Transfer okonomiyaki to a plate and drizzle sauce evenly over. Place Kimchi and sliced green onion on Okonomiyaki. Put red pickled ginger on the side for garnish.
