How to make it

Brown chunks of pork belly on all faces in a pan. Take out and cut them in 1.5 inches.

Transfer pork belly into a pot and add Sukiyaki sauce and water.

Cook over high heat until it boils. Reduce to medium heat and cover the pork surface with foil. Keep cooking until the sauce gets down to 1/4. Take off extra fat on top as needed.

Turn off the heat and let it sit for all the flavors to settle in.
