Cut cabbage and green onion.

Mix Okonomiyaki flour, water, and eggs.

Add cabbage and green onion, then mix again.

Heat a pan with oil over medium heat.

Add half the batter, top with Jongga Kimchi and pork belly (or bacons).

Cook 3 min → flip → cook another 4 min.

Flip once more so the pork faces up.

Top with Okonomi Sauce, mayo, kimchi, seaweed & bonito flakes!
