Finely chop onion.

Put the ground beef & pork mix in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and knead well until sticky.

Add onion, bread crumbs, milk, egg, salt and pepper and mix well.

Form hamburger shapes, add oil to frying pan, and cook over medium heat.

When browned, turn over, add water, cover and steam for 5 minutes.

Arrange the hamburger steak on a plate and pour SUKIYAKI SAUCE over it.
