How to make it
Mix Takoyaki flour, water, and eggs in a bowl.
Heat Takoyaki pan over medium heat and add oil into each mold.
Pour the batter into each mold up to halfway. Recipe makes about 25 pieces of Takoyaki. Add octopus, green onion, Tempura crisps, then pour more batter to top off. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Using a skewer, turn each piece to cook all sides. Continue turning them for about 4 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut shrimp, avocado in cube and slice chili peppers.
Place cooked Takoyaki on a plate, top with Takoyaki sauce. Add shrimp, avocado, and chili peppers. Drizzle mayonnaise on top.
