Halloween Takoyaki
It’s always fun making Takoyaki—but it’s even more fun decorating them for Halloween! You don’t need much: just Otafuku Takoyaki Sauce, mayo, cheese, and dried seaweed. *3 servings*

How to make it
Cook a fried egg, then use a knife to shape the egg white into a ghost. Cut the leftover egg white into small triangles to make the ghost’s hands.
Mix Otafuku Takoyaki Flour, water, and eggs in a large mixing bowl until the flour fully dissolves.
Heat oil on the cooking surface of your Takoyaki Maker and fill each hole about half way with batter.
Place the rest of your ingredients, including the tako meat (or any substitute ingredients), into each hole, then fill to the brim with more batter.
Cook about halfway, then use a toothpick to turn each piece over.
Once the Takoyaki turns golden brown, garnish with Otafuku Takoyaki Sauce and serve hot!
Decorate for Halloween using cheese, vegetables, black sesame seeds, and nori.
