Halloween Okonomiyaki – Advanced Decoration

How to make it
Cook a fried egg, then use a knife to shape the egg white into a ghost. Cut the leftover egg white into small triangles to make the ghost’s hands.
Cut mozzarella and cheddar cheese into ghost and pumpkin shapes using cookie cutters and create the eyes and mouth with black sesame seeds or small pieces of nori.
Mix OKONOMIYAKI FLOUR, eggs and water in a bowl. Add vegetables and PREMIUM TENKASU. Mix again.
Heat griddle or frying pan at medium heat and add oil. Add mixture onto the frying pan and place 3 slices of pork bellies or bacons on the top.
After 3 minutes, flip it over and cook for another 4 minutes. After 4min, flip once more. ★Tip: Do not press down the okonomiyaki.
Serve okonomiyaki on a plate. Top with OKONOMI SAUCE and mayonnaise. Sprinkle dried seaweeds (aonori).
Decorate for Halloween using cheese, black sesame seeds, nori, and a ghost-shaped fried egg.
