How to make it
Make a cross cut on a mackerel skin. Put some corn starch on both side of the Mackerel. Coat a pan with oil over medium heat and place Mackerel in a pan with a skin side down.
Flip Mackerel when skin side gets nice and brown and turn down the heat. Grill thoroughly and pour Soy Ginger sauce over the Mackerel in a pan. Glaze it well on both sides.
Place the Mackerel on a plate with Lemon, Tomato, and leaves for garnish. Add more sauce as needed.
