How to make it
Mix Okonomiyaki Flour and water in a bowl. Add Cabbage and eggs and mix again.
Heat griddle on medium heat and add oil. Place half of the mixture onto the griddle and shape it into a round, 1-inch thick patty. Place 3 slices of pork belly on top. Mixture makes 2 okonomiyaki.
Flip it over and cook for 4 minutes. Flip it back and cook for another couple of minutes.
Transfer okonomiyaki to a plate and spread out Okonomi sauce evenly. Draw 'I ❤ DAD' with Mayo. Fill ❤ out with red pickled ginger.
