How to make it

In a bowl, mix wheat flour, potato starch, egg, salt and pepper, and water.

Place chicken in a bowl and dip in batter.

Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken and deep fry.

Remove chicken and cut into 1/2 inch(1.3cm) pieces.

Arrange the chicken on a plate and garnish with Chicken Nanban Sauce, tartar sauce and seaweed.
