How to make it


Chop crab meat and mix with Mayo. Wrap your bamboo mat with plastic wrap and spread rice thinly on the mat in the same shape as Nori seaweed.


Place Nori on the rice. Put cooked shrimp tempura, sliced avocado, crab meat along one edge of the Nori. Use the mat to roll the sushi into a long roll-shaped form. Press tightly so the ingredients stick together.


Cut the sushi roll into about 8 bite-sized pieces. To finish up, squeeze diagonally both ways with sushi sauce.
