Cut bacon, cabbage and green onion.

Mix Okonomiyaki flour, water, and eggs until smooth.

Add cabbage and green onion; mix gently.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in half the batter.

Top with bacon.

Cook 4 min → flip → cook another 4 min. Flip once more.

In a pan, melt butter.

Add milk and cheese, stirring until smooth and melty.
