For 2 servings. By adding extra tenkasu on top, the okonomiyaki gets an extra crispy texture you don’t usually get when tenkasu is mixed only into the batter.

Cut cabbage and green onion.

Mix Okonomiyaki flour, water, and eggs.

Add cabbage and green onion, then mix again.

Heat a pan with oil over medium heat.

Pour the batter onto the pan, shape it into a round.

Spread Tenkasu evenly and top with pork belly (or bacons).

Cook 3 min → flip → cook another 4 min.

Flip once more so the pork faces up.

Top with Okonomi Sauce and dried seaweed.
