Chorizo Dog with Spicy Okonomi Sauce

Slice the top of the roll lengthwise to create an opening (do not cut all the way through).

Stuff the shredded cabbage into the bun, then place the cooked chorizo sausage on top.

Drizzle with spicy okonomiyaki sauce and, if desired, a swirl of mayonnaise.

Place the assembled dog in a toaster oven and toast until lightly browned and warmed through.

Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
