How to make it

Mix Okonomiyaki Flour, eggs and water in a bowl.

Add shredded cabbages, finely chopped scallions, Tenkasu and mix again.

Heat griddle or frying pan at medium heat and add oil.

Roll out half of the dough into a circle.

After about 3 minutes, putting pork bellies or bacons on the okonomiyaki, flip it over.

After 4 minutes, check that the meat is cooked and turn it over again. Bake for 3 minutes more.

Next to it, make the fried eggs.

Decorate the top with curry, Okonomi Sauce, fried eggs, and dried seaweeds.
