How to make it

Mix Okonomiyaki Flour, eggs and water in a bowl.

Add shredded cabbages, finely chopped scallions, Tenkasu and mix again.

Heat griddle or frying pan at medium heat and add oil.

Roll out half of the dough into a circle.

Next to it, the pate is baked. Sprinkle the surface with salt and pepper.

After about 3 minutes, putting patty on the okonomiyaki, flip it over. (Place the patty so that the raw part of the patty is down when you flip it over.)

After four minutes, check that the putty is cooked and turn it over again. Bake for 3 minutes more.

Decorate the top with French Fries, Okonomi Sauce, mayonnaise, Bonito Flakes and Dried Seaweeds.
